Overview
The Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE) is a resident 5-week, MOS-immaterial, professional military
education course. This course is only taught at the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College (WOCC).

- ✓Intermediate level education for warrant officers at the tactical and operational levels
- ✓Influential leadership skills for staff officer roles and organizational leadership
- ✓Integrating technical expertise in support of leaders and mission execution
- ✓Roles as trainers, managers, systems integrators, and leaders
- ✓Operating in Army, Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) environments
- ✓Support to Unified Land Operations through decisive action
Eligibility
- ✓Chief Warrant Officers in grades CW3 and new CW4 (resident PME requirement)
