Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) educates, trains, and inspires selected candidates to graduate as warrant officers of character who are technically and tactically proficient, committed to Army Values, and prepared to serve as trusted advisors and leaders.
The course develops leadership, ethics, communication, and professional identity, preparing candidates to transition from enlisted or civilian status into the Army Warrant Officer Corps.
Eligibility is limited to individuals selected for appointment as U.S. Army warrant officers. Candidates are selected through established Army accession and board processes.
Registration and reporting instructions are provided through ATRRS and official Army channels. Candidates should follow guidance issued by their gaining unit or proponent.
