The Master Leader Course (MLC) is a learner-centered, facilitator-guided leadership course focused on learning in a hybrid classroom/online collaborative environment. It provides the Army with competent senior NCOs who are adaptive and able to shape operational environments.
The MLC contains 19 lessons/assignments and dedicated research time totaling 112 academic hours and is conducted over 14 days in a resident POI.
Enrollment and prerequisites are managed through Army training systems and proponent channels.

The NCO C3 reference curriculum includes the common core lesson map and learning outcomes for MLC.
