Overview

The Supervisor Development Course – Refresher (SDC-R) is designed to meet the NDAA 2010 mandate that all supervisors of Army Civilians receive supervisory training every three years. This course is taken on the 3rd and subsequent years after completion of the initial Supervisor Development Course (SDC).

Eligibility

Available to members of the Army Profession who have a current and active SDC certification (completed within the past 3 years).

Prerequisites

Current Supervisor Development Course certification.

Additional Information

✓The Supervisor Development Course is required for all civilian and military personnel who supervise Army civilians.
✓The Supervisor Development Course must be completed within the first year of placement in a supervisory position; supervisors then complete this refresher every three years.
